To The One God showcases 12 contemporary hymns, written and inspired by a renewed passion in the UK Church for modern worship songs in a more traditional style. The album features 12 new songs written for our time, that owe a great debt to the Hymn writers of the past in terms of form, melody and language, with strong theological themes that bring together the traditional and the modern church.
As well as songs written specifically for this project, the album also features new versions of Graham Kendrick's 'Through Days Of Rage And Wonder', the breathtaking Joanne Hogg and Phil Hart song, 'Pierced', and the powerful Jonathan Veira/Paul Field collaboration, 'The Promise of His Grace'. Featured soloists on the album include Jonathan Veira, Mal Pope, Esther Alexander and Lou Fellingham.
