The Epistle to the Hebrews - Christ All Excelling by W E Vine and published by Classics.

The antidote is provided in the presentation of Christ as the Son of God, His essential glories, His finished and completely efficacious sacrifice and His present ministry as the great High Priest. He is thus set forth as the Antitype of the types, as the Minister of the New Covenant in contrast to the old covenant under the law, as the One who, having ascended on High, is coming in Glory.
This presentation of Christ leads to a series of very practical exhortations, culminating in the desire that the God of peace who has accomplished so much through the Lord Jesus Christ "the Good Shepherd of the Sheep" may make them "perfect in very good thing to do His will", working in them, "that which is well-pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ.
